Position: CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM MEMBER
Full-time 35 hours minimum. Requires open availability, including evenings and weekends.
Status: Reports to Customer Service Manager
Pay Level: I, non-exempt.
Purpose: River Valley Co-op has an exciting opportunity for a full-time temporary position to assist the management team, staff, and community during a challenging time. This position will be flexible to perform a myriad of tasks to help wherever they may be needed. The main focus will be on our new curbside pick-up service and our Customer Service team, with tasks including shopping, bagging, delivering orders to people's cars, and possibly cashiering.
Experience serving the public.
Familiarity with natural foods.
Accuracy, attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple demands.
Ability to stay calm under pressure.
Ability to project an outgoing, friendly personality.
Ability to stand for long periods.
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Regular, predictable attendance.
