Where would you step in?
As a valuable member of our marketing team, you will work across all business lines to support our proposal process. Within our hybrid work model, you can
sit in any of our 12 offices across the Northeast in MA, CT, ME, NY, RI, or NH.
Our marketing team
Our growing marketing team includes 11 professionals in operations, proposals, and communications. Our specialists work with subject matter experts

What will you be doing?
As a Senior Proposal and Content Management Specialist, you will lead the development and production of proposals, statements of qualifications,
presentations, and related collateral materials. This includes project descriptions, resumes, and complete industry standard forms as required for quality
submissions. We also identify long-term projects for team members to work on throughout the year.
What do you need?
You will have at least at least 10 years of experience (candidates with fewer years of experience encourage to apply, as we have multiple career tracks for
proposal specialists) leading the development and production of proposals, preferably in engineering, architecture, or professional services. You should have
excellent writing, collaboration, and verbal communication skills and the ability to work on multiple deadline-driven assignments. Proficiency with MS Office
and Adobe InDesign is desired. Candidates should have a BS/BA degree in Marketing, English, Journalism, or a related field.

reimbursements. Senior Proposal Specialist salaries are determined based on internal equity and market analysis and will vary based on the candidate?s skill
and experience; the salary range for this position is $87,000 - $114,000. As an employee-owned company, we also offer generous year-end bonuses and
