**$500 sign on bonus ($250 at the completion of first week of training and $250 after successfully completion of first 90 days)**
Position: Clubhouse Specialist 1 ? Full Time Hospitality Unit
Location: Springfield MA
Rate of Pay: $18.80 per hour
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm with occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays required
Summary:
Work with adults with mental illness in accomplishing work of the unit, assisting in building their skills, including vocational and social, while assuming responsibility for completion of documentation according to agency policy, procedures, and standards. The Hospitality role specifically works side by side with members to manage the upkeep and functionality of the Clubhouse kitchen and dining area. Responsibilities include preparation of all food and beverages, service, and cleanup for groups of up to 50 people. We are willing to train the right person to become an integral part of this team. Individuals with hospitality, cooking, human services, food prep, and line cook experience strongly encouraged to apply!
Qualifications:
High School/GED plus 1-year related experience and/or training
Must have a valid driver's license, good driving record and a reliable vehicle
Requirements:
Ability to serve groups of up to 50 people
Ability to maintain a clean and safe environment
Hospitality/cooking skills required
Must be able to travel within the region to access residential settings, employers, and community organizations
