Reputable non-profit healthcare organization is recruiting for a Controller.   Supporting the CFO, The Controller will be responsible for oversight of general accounting, the monthly close, GAAP financial reporting, maintaining sound internal controls, policies and procedures and assisting with budget preparation and analysis, liaison with the CPA firm.

Minimum requirements include strong GAAP accounting and reporting experience, experience with internal controls, very good communication skills, strong supervisory experience, experience developing and mentoring an accounting team and the ability to collaborate will all parts of the organization.    Its ok if you don't have nonprofit experience!  Bring new ideas and they know your skills are transferable. Candidates coming out of public accounting with nonprofit audit clients will also be considered.  

This organization offers a comprehensive benefits plan and a base salary up to $150,000 based on experience.
