Requirements

- Previous experience with an electronic medical record system preferred

- Sound written and verbal communication skills

- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word, Outlook and internet applications

- Experience with high volume data entry

- High school diploma or equivalent required

- Solid understanding of medical billing

- Knowledge of medical claims

- Strong knowledge of explanation of benefits (EOBs)

- Prefer 1+ years experience in medical billing or within the revenue cycle
