BEHAVIOR TECHNICIANS

ABLE ~ Serving Western MA, Northern and Southern CT

Specializing in ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) Therapy

Do you love working with children and want a part time position and/or even make a career out of it?

Our agency offers individualized programming for children with autism. Which includes skill building, dietary issues, behavior changes, and family training in Applied Behavior Analysis. Our services take place within the client's home as well as in the community. You will be trained to successfully provide services that will make a difference and change a child's life.

This is a part time position and the sessions with our clients take place in their home, during after school hours and sometimes on weekends. Our sessions range from 2 to 4 hours per day. We try to match your availability to a client to give you the schedule and hours that work for all involved from 10 - 30 hours per week. This position could work well for a Teacher or Para who's looking for additional part time employment. Psychology and Early Childhood Majors are also encouraged to apply.

We offer training and support to encourage your success. We will assist you in furthering your career to become a Registered Behavior Technician and can also assist with becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.

Please inquire only if you are looking for a PART TIME, AFTER SCHOOL position and are prepared to be responsible, hardworking, and want to learn new skills with children. You must have a valid drivers license, a good driving record, reliable transportation, and pass a CORI check.
