Position Overview
Growing Licensed Home Care Agency and PCA Program with an office in Holyoke. Seeking bilingual
full time Community Outreach/Marketing Representative. We provide high quality AFC Services
clients aged 16 years and above who meet eligibility criteria. Home Health Care Services including
Nursing and Personal Care Services for age 18 and over. We are searching for a qualified and
experienced Marketing Representative to join our team.
Responsibilities and Duties
Recruiting new patients/clientele to the agency
Work with agency's intake department to bring in as many new clients as possible
Use network of resources/referral sources in the medical industry
Seek new referral sources
Set quota of active patients monthly
Educate potential patients on agency services
Follow-up and communicate with potential patients on a regular basis until they are active
with the agency
Attend and host events to promote the agency
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
