Job Summary:

We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Packaging Technician to ensure the efficient and safe packaging of our products. As a Packaging Technician, you will play a crucial role in our production process by carefully inspecting, labeling, and packing products. You will work in a collaborative team environment, adhering to quality and safety standards with a focus on continuous improvement.

Essential Functions:

Receive products from the production line, ensuring they meet quality standards.
Operate and monitor packaging machinery including thermoform machines.
Conduct quality checks on packaged items, ensuring they meet company and industry standards. Address any deviations or defects in packaging promptly.
Maintain accurate records of packaged products, including batch numbers, quantities, and any issues encountered during packaging.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment. Report any safety issues or incidents to the supervisor.
Assist in maintaining inventory levels of packaging materials and notify the supervisor when supplies need replenishment.

Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience in a packaging or manufacturing role is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions and procedures.
Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
Basic computer skills for data entry and record-keeping.

Additional Information
All shifts available:

1st Monday - Friday, 7am - 3pm ($16/hr)

2nd Monday - Friday, 3pm - 11pm ($16.25/hr)

3rd Sunday- Thursday, 11pm-7am ($16.50/hr)
