Electrical Mechanical Repair Specialist 24/7 Nights
Chicopee, MA

We are looking for a 24/7 Day Electrical Mechanical Repair Specialist to work for a company in Chicopee on a temp to hire basis. Pay is $23.90 to start.  Schedule is 3 days  on, 2 days off and every other weekend off.

General Duties:

Must be capable of operating all belt, rotary, internal quench and tempering furnaces as well as the following metal finishing equipment: washers, shot peening equipment, extractors and tumbling barrels.
Retrieve and replace components from prior processes and move to next processes to ensure continuous operation of equipment.
Check work for conformity to specifications with micrometers, fixed gages, calipers, hardness testers, and various other measuring devices.   Record quality data as required.
Assist, train and develop new operators.

Required Skills include:

Must be a self starter and follow direction from supervisor
1-2 years of manufacturing experience
Strong mechanical aptitude
