Customer Service Account Representative

Job description

Telecommunications company out of Suffield, CT currently seeking a Customer Service/Account Representative. Must have excellent communication skills and pay attention to detail.

Duties include:

-Acting as a liaison to clients for all voice, internet and technology services/related issues

-Excellent communication with clients for status or services

-Management of incoming client calls

-Processing trouble tickets for clients/repair issues. Process move, add and change orders

-Requesting product and pricing information for carriers

-Create product and carrier cost comparisons

-Management of customer documents and electronic folders

-Review carrier invoices and correct any errors

-Updating and managing client site inventory documents

-Keep consistent communication with management

Schedule:

In person: 8:30am-5pm, training at times may happen at other locations other than main office.

Pay: $19-21/hr depending on experience
