Local manufacturing company looking to add an office assistant to their team!

Administrative Assistant Duties:

Answering phone calls
Using Word, Excel, data entry, emailing
administrative duties such as handling paperwork, typing job orders, certifications and completed jobs.
Prepare and scan weekly invoices and certifications
Previous aerospace experience/industry is a plus!

Administrative Assistant Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM - 2:30pm (flex to stay later)

Administrative Assistant Benefits:

Pay: $16.50-$18.00/hour DOE
