Local transportation company is seeking experienced Call Center Representatives for their Springfield location!

CSR Duties:

Candidates will be working in a high volume call center
Answer incoming customer service calls regarding bus routes and other transit related inquiries
Qualified candidates must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Previous transit experience is preferred
Basic computer knowledge is required

Job Requirements:

Be able to work in a fast paced environment
Be able to take direction and multitask
Have great customer service and phone skills
Bi-lingual (English & Spanish) preferred
Knowledge of the PVTA

Additional Information:

1st Shift: 9AM-5PM Monday through Friday

$19.00/hour
