Description

Seeking a second shift Maintenance Supervisor to join our rapidly growing Team in Chicopee MA. Reporting to our Director of Operations this position will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining J. Polep's warehouse.

J. Polep Distribution Services is considered an essential business and is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor who is committed to getting the job done with the operational approach of being hands-on. You must have the ability to direct and coordinate employees and be highly efficient. As the Maintenance Supervisor, you are responsible for ensuring the highest quality of work and maximizing productivity amongst our employees. This warehouse supervisor must be comfortable and willing to take direction from upper management and members of the department to successfully complete all workload.
